Our Return and Repair Policy allows customers to return worn Mystic Moods garments in exchange for a voucher, or to request repair assistance for Mystic Moods or selected vintage pieces. This initiative helps extend the life of clothing and reduce waste.
2. Eligibility
This service applies to Mystic Moods garments purchased directly through our website or verified stockists.
We also offer limited repair assistance for vintage items, depending on fabric type and condition. Proof of purchase may be requested for Mystic Moods products.
3. Returns for Voucher
Customers can return pre-loved Mystic Moods garments to receive a voucher for future purchases. Returned items are inspected and then responsibly reused, repaired, upcycled, or recycled in line with our sustainability values.
4. Repairs
