Our Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm(GMT).Orders placed outside working hours or on UK Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Mystic Moods offers flat shipping rates inclusive but not limited to DHL, DPD and Royal Mail.
Carriers are selected based on destination, cost, and service availability. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees; delays may occur due to customs or unforeseen logistics issues.

£5 on all orders — Delivery Time; depending on the item ordered please allow 1 to 5 Working Days for Delivery.
£8 next day delivery — Delivery Time; depending on the item ordered please allow 1 to 3 Working Days for Delivery.
*Next-day delivery applies to in-stock items only and orders placed before 3:00 pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will dispatch the next working day.
USA
£27.00 on all orders— Delivery Time; depending on the item ordered please allow 3 to 20 Working Days. Free Delivery on orders over $250.00.

Delivery Service Information
Our Curries Include but are Not Limited to — Royal Mail, DPD and DHL. All Mystic Moods orders require a signature or photo upon delivery.
*Some carriers may use photo evidence or “safe place” delivery options; these are at the buyer’s own risk once confirmed as delivered.
Order Process Time;

Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours.

Processing Schedule: Orders are processed weekly, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed the next working day.

Shipping: All orders are sent out as standard delivery weekly after 3:00 pm.
Processing and dispatch times may extend during peak periods (e.g., holidays, launches, or sales events).
International Customers — Duties & Taxes
Mystic Moods does not handle duties and taxes. For all Countries, you will be contacted by the carrier to pay for any duties and taxes upon receiving your delivery. Please note: all taxes/duties that apply to your purchase are solely your responsibility.If you choose to not pay the taxes/duties for any product to be returned to us, we will not be able to issue you with a full refund when we receive the product(s) back. We will only be able to issue a partial refund — the refund will be issued minus any taxes/duties and shipping costs that we have incurred for receiving the product back.
We recommend checking your local customs duties and import regulations before placing an order. Refusal to pay import charges may result in delays, returns, or disposal of the parcel by customs, for which Mystic Moods cannot accept liability.
For EU customers, any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How to track your order
You can track your order on the courier website , Royal Mail & DPD (UK), or DHL (Europe, USA, Asia, Saudi Arabia & Rest of the World) using the tracking number provided on your dispatch confirmation email.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the courier; delays in tracking visibility do not necessarily indicate a delay in delivery.
Undeliverable Items
Please allow at least 14 working days for a product to arrive, if any of the products ordered are not delivered to you within 14 days please email us at customercare@mysticmoods.co.uk and we will look into the issue. If you refuse your order this will be returned to our warehouse. If you miss any of your orders these will be held at the courier delivery office (please check with the relevant courier) for a defined period of time. If these products are not collected within the period of time mentioned by the courier, they will be returned to us. All products returned will be refunded and returned to stock. We will notify you via email of the refund once processed.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once delivery is confirmed to the address, neighbour, or safe place authorised by you. If a parcel is returned due to refusal, non-collection, or incorrect address details, we may deduct reasonable re-delivery or handling costs from your refund.
