Mystic Moods Ltd – Studio Code of Conduct
This Studio Code of Conduct sets out the standards of behaviour, safety and respect expected during visits to Mystic Moods Ltd premises and at pop-ups or events operated by Mystic Moods Ltd.
This Code should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Nothing in this Code affects your statutory rights.
1. Respectful Environment
Mystic Moods aims to provide a professional, inclusive and respectful environment for customers, visitors and anyone working with the business.
Harassment, discrimination, threatening behaviour, intimidation, abusive language, unwanted physical contact or other inappropriate conduct will not be accepted.
Where reasonably necessary, we may ask a visitor to leave, decline future access to our premises or events, or contact the appropriate authorities.
2. Health, Safety & Studio Conduct
Please follow any reasonable safety instructions given while visiting our premises, pop-ups or events.
Do not enter restricted areas or use studio equipment, machinery or tools without permission.
If you feel unwell, uncomfortable or require assistance while visiting, please let us know.
Food and drinks should be kept away from equipment, garments and designated working areas unless otherwise agreed.
Access may be restricted, suspended or ended where reasonably necessary for safety, security or circumstances outside our control.
3. Accessibility & Reasonable Adjustments
We aim to make reasonable adjustments for visitors with accessibility requirements where practicable.

4. Children & Young People
Visitors under 18 should be accompanied by a parent, guardian or responsible adult where appropriate.
Studio equipment, machinery and accessories containing small parts should not be treated as toys.
5. Smoking, Alcohol & Animals
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside our premises.
Illegal drugs and abusive or unsafe behaviour associated with alcohol or other substances are not permitted.
Assistance animals are welcome. Where appropriate, we may provide reasonable guidance to help maintain safe access around equipment and working areas.
6. Made-to-Order Products
Selected Mystic Moods products may be offered on a Made-to-Order basis.
Product specifications, measurements, production information, estimated timescales and any applicable restrictions will be provided through the relevant product page, order process or direct communication where required.
Changes requested after specifications or production details have been agreed may affect feasibility, production time or price. Any material change will be discussed before additional work is agreed.
7. Garment Care & Product Information
Please follow the care information supplied with your product.
The Mystic Moods app may provide product information, provenance information, care guidance and lifecycle pathways for eligible products.
Depending on the product and App version, lifecycle guidance may include information relating to continued use, repair guidance, resale or pass-on, donation, reuse or recycling.
The App does not itself provide or book repair services.
8. Personal Property
Please keep personal belongings and valuables with you while visiting our premises or events.
Nothing in this section excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Materials, Allergies & Sensitivities
Products and studio materials may include natural, regenerated and synthetic fibres, metals, adhesives and other components.
If you have a known material sensitivity and require information about a particular product, please contact us before purchase or use and we will provide the information reasonably available to us.
10. Photography, Recording & Privacy
Please ask permission before photographing or recording inside Mystic Moods premises or restricted working areas.
Photography or recording of other visitors or individuals without appropriate permission is not permitted.
Where Mystic Moods wishes to use photographs or recordings of an identifiable individual for marketing or other purposes, appropriate permission or consent will be requested where required.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

11. Intellectual Property
Mystic Moods designs, sketches, patterns, samples, imagery, written material and other original creative work may be protected by intellectual-property rights.
Unauthorised copying, reproduction, commercial use or reverse-engineering of protected Mystic Moods material is not permitted except where allowed by law or expressly authorised by us.
12. Sustainability & Materials Transparency
Mystic Moods may use a mix of deadstock, surplus, responsibly sourced new, natural, regenerated and synthetic materials.
Environmental and sustainability information is provided in accordance with the information reasonably available to us and should be read alongside our Sustainability and Circularity information.
13. Complaints & Feedback
If something is not right, please contact us so that we can review the matter.
For customer-service or complaint enquiries, email customercare@mysticmoods.co.uk with any relevant order information and a clear description of the matter.
We will consider complaints and respond as reasonably appropriate to the circumstances.
14. Breaches of this Code
Where this Code is seriously or repeatedly breached, Mystic Moods may take reasonable steps including asking someone to leave the premises or event, restricting future access or taking other appropriate action.
Suspected criminal conduct may be reported to the appropriate authorities where necessary.
15. Changes to this Code
We may update this Code from time to time to reflect changes to our business, services, premises or legal requirements.
The current version published on our website will apply.
16. Governing Law
This Code is governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to consumers in another jurisdiction.
