1. Company Details
This site is operated by Mystic Moods Limited ("Mystic Moods," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in England and Wales, Company Number 14277166, with the domain mysticmoods.co.uk.
General enquiries: customercare@mysticmoods.co.uk

1A. Regulatory Compliance & Trade
Mystic Moods Ltd is an independent fashion design, apparel and accessories business with a focus on considered design, responsible material use and small-scale production. We sell garments, Made-to-Order garments, handbags, jewellery, accessories and art prints. We do not claim that every product or fabric is environmentally sustainable. All commercial activities are carried on with a view to profit and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
We may arrange private studio visits by appointment and offer delivery or collection options where stated on our website. We do not currently offer individually measured or personalised clothing commissions.

1B. Data Controller & ICO Registration
Mystic Moods Limited is the Data Controller for UK data protection law (UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018). ICO Registration Number: ZB528394.
We may accept orders from customers outside the UK, subject to availability and applicable import, product and consumer laws. Mandatory consumer and data-protection requirements applicable to a particular transaction will be respected. See sections 13, 19 and 30 and our Privacy Policy.

2. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern the Mystic Moods Ltd e-commerce website and rights and obligations arising from an online purchase. Products may include clothing, Made-to-Order garments, handbags, jewellery, accessories and art prints, including one-off and limited-edition goods. Only products expressly displayed as available on our website are offered for purchase.
Categories:
  1. 1. Apparel — ready-to-wear or limited-edition garments sold under the Mystic Moods brand.
  2. 2. Made-to-Order (MTO) — garments produced to order from existing Mystic Moods styles and current fabric stock.
  3. 3. Handbags & Accessories — designed under the Mystic Moods brand. Depending on the product and production requirements, items may be manufactured, assembled and/or finished in the UK or overseas.
  4. 4. Art Prints — standard-edition prints, including those offered on a pre-order basis where stated on the product page.
Our materials may include, but are not limited to, deadstock, end-of-roll, remnants, surplus, overstock and newly sourced fabrics. Fibres and materials may include, but are not limited to, silk, wool, mohair, cashmere, cotton, linen, jute, hemp, sisal, nylon, rayon, polyester, acrylic, spandex and other natural, regenerated, synthetic or blended fibres. Fabric choice and composition vary by product. Inclusion in this list is not a claim that any particular material is certified or environmentally sustainable. See sections 7 and 35.

3. General Terms
By accessing mysticmoods.co.uk, you accept these Terms. If any term is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in force. You may not assign or transfer rights without our written consent.
We work to keep product details, pricing and other material purchase information accurate. General website content may change, but the contract terms and product description agreed for your order will not be retrospectively altered. Technical interruptions may occur. Nothing in this paragraph restricts rights arising from inaccurate or misleading information, defective products or our failure to perform a contract.
Your statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including rights arising under applicable UK consumer, e-commerce and data-protection law. This includes, where applicable, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and PECR. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Where any clause conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory law prevails.

4. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of that change for future orders — it does not affect an order already placed.

5. Online Store Terms
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or over, or are using the site with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian who will be responsible for the contract.
You must not use the website unlawfully, infringe intellectual property rights or transmit malware. We may decline an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock or materials, suspected fraud, legal restrictions or an obvious pricing error. Where we have already accepted an order and cannot lawfully fulfil it, we will notify you and provide any refund and remedy to which you are entitled.
Prices shown at checkout apply when you confirm the order. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout and in your confirmation email. A price change made after you place an order does not affect that order.
The payment methods currently available are displayed at checkout and may differ by location or device. Payments are processed by the payment providers shown at checkout. If payment is declined, we will explain the next steps where possible. We do not intentionally store complete payment-card details on our own systems.

5A. Pricing, VAT & Contract Formation
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website or at checkout, with applicable taxes and mandatory charges disclosed before payment. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before the order is placed. Our current UK Standard Delivery service is free on all orders; available international services and costs are shown at checkout.
Your order submission is an offer to purchase. We acknowledge receipt electronically and will confirm when we accept the order; at that point a contract is formed. We may accept Made-to-Order purchases before production begins. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, or where an order is declined because of unavailable stock, a legal restriction or an obvious pricing error, we will notify you promptly and provide the refund and remedies required by law. We will not change the agreed price for an accepted order.

5B. Promotions, Gift Cards & Archive Items
Promotional codes cannot be combined unless we state otherwise. Any gift cards or store credit offered will have their price, validity and redemption terms made clear when issued; applicable statutory rights are unaffected. Discounted or archive products are sold as described on their product pages. A sale, archive or final-sale designation does not remove statutory cancellation rights for otherwise eligible online purchases.

6. Products Terms
We aim to show colours and product photographs accurately, but display settings may affect how colours appear. Product descriptions, sizes, fibre content where required, applicable materials and relevant variations are provided before purchase. Availability may depend on current stock, production capacity and fabric availability, particularly for Made-to-Order items. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order as agreed, we will contact you about a suitable alternative or your applicable refund rights. Nothing in this paragraph limits rights if the goods do not match their description.

7. Fabrication & Materials
Mystic Moods products may use a variety of fabrics and components, including, but not limited to, deadstock, end-of-roll, remnants, overstock, surplus and newly sourced materials. Material type, condition and availability vary by product and are described as applicable. Normal, accurately disclosed characteristics and variations may occur in some materials. Nothing in this section excludes any remedy if goods are faulty, materially different from their description or fail to conform to the contract.
Fibres and materials may include, but are not limited to, silk, wool, mohair, cashmere, cotton, linen, jute, hemp, sisal, nylon, rayon, polyester, acrylic, spandex and other natural, regenerated, synthetic and blended fibres. Where textile-labelling law applies, required fibre-composition information will be provided with the product and in accordance with applicable selling requirements. No material in this list is represented as environmentally sustainable solely because of its composition, sourcing category or inclusion in this paragraph. We remain responsible for accurate product information.
Mystic Moods does not guarantee that every fabric or finished product meets a universal definition of sustainability or any third-party environmental standard. Environmental classifications and assessment methods may differ. Any specific environmental claim about a material or product must be accurate, clear, appropriately qualified and supported by evidence. This statement does not exclude liability for a claim we make or for a product that is faulty or misdescribed.

7A. Environmental & Ethical Transparency
Where practicable, we seek to use existing materials, including deadstock and surplus, and to work with production partners who can support those aims. We do not claim third-party environmental certification for a product or material unless expressly identified and substantiated. Some supply-chain information may not be available; any resulting limitation to a specific claim will be explained clearly and close to that claim. See section 35 and the relevant product information.

8. Manufacturing & Supply Chain
Mystic Moods is a UK company and product design and development are directed from England. Depending on the product, availability and production requirements, manufacturing, assembly and/or finishing may take place in the UK or overseas, in-house and/or through selected production partners. Materials, components, suppliers and production locations may change from time to time. Unless a product-specific statement expressly says otherwise, these Terms do not represent that a product is wholly manufactured, assembled or finished in any particular country. Where applicable law requires origin, composition or manufacturing information for a particular product, we will provide that information as required. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights if a product is faulty or misdescribed.

8A. Accessories & Handbags
8A.1 Definitions. "Accessories" includes jewellery, scarves, belts, hats and hair adornments. "Handbags" includes clutches, purses and totes.
8A.2 Sourcing & manufacture. Components may be sourced from the UK and internationally, including recycled and deadstock materials. Depending on the product, availability and production requirements, accessories and handbags may be manufactured, assembled and/or finished in the UK or overseas, by Mystic Moods and/or selected third-party production partners. A statement about where a particular product was made or finished applies to that product only and does not create a commitment that future products will be produced in the same location.
8A.3 Materials. Accessories and handbags may include pearls, glass, new or recycled metals, gemstones, leather or non-leather alternatives, and mixed media. Natural variations are disclosed where relevant and do not override statutory rights. If you have a known allergy or material sensitivity, please request available composition details before purchasing. We do not exclude liability for unsafe, faulty or misdescribed products or for negligence.
8A.4 Safety & age restriction. Accessories are not toys unless expressly identified as such. Some items contain small parts and are not suitable for children. We are responsible for complying with applicable product-safety, chemical-restriction and labelling requirements for products we supply in each relevant market. Product-specific warnings or age restrictions, where required, will be communicated. A parent or guardian’s consent to use the website does not establish that an accessory is suitable for a child.
8A.5 Care & modification. Store cool and dry, away from direct sunlight and moisture; avoid contact with perfumes, oils and other chemicals. Damage caused by a third party's alteration of the item is not treated as an original manufacturing defect. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

9. Materials Disclaimer
Mystic Moods sells products made using the materials described in section 7. By ordering, you acknowledge the nature, condition and typical variation of these materials as described above.

10. Restored Products
Where a product is expressly offered for sale as restored or pre-owned, we will describe its condition and any material imperfections accurately on the relevant product page. A product description may refer to our grading information where applicable. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

11. Payment Terms
Payment is taken through the payment methods displayed at checkout, subject to any pre-order or Made-to-Order conditions clearly explained before payment. If a card issuer declines payment, we will tell you where possible and you may choose another available method. We do not restrict statutory rights in the event of a payment-processing issue.

12. Delivery & Receipt of Order
Ownership of the products remains with Mystic Moods until full payment (including postage) has cleared. Deliveries are made using trusted couriers (which may include Royal Mail, DPD, DHL or Evri) depending on cost, destination and availability.
Unless a different delivery timeframe has been agreed before purchase, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within the statutory 30-day period. Made-to-Order garments may require up to 21 working days for production and dispatch as stated before purchase; pre-ordered art prints may have a separate estimated production and delivery timeframe displayed on the product page before payment. We will tell you about significant delays and respect your statutory rights to set an additional delivery period where appropriate, cancel or obtain a refund if delivery obligations are not met. Carrier tracking alone is not proof that goods have entered your physical possession or that of a person you identified to receive them.

12A. Risk & Title
Title to goods passes after full payment. In consumer sales, the risk of loss or damage normally remains with Mystic Moods until the goods come into your physical possession or that of a person you identified to receive them. An exception may apply where you independently commission a carrier that we did not offer. Tracking records or instructions to leave a parcel unattended do not, by themselves, remove rights provided by section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

12B. Failed Delivery / Storage
If an order is returned following an unsuccessful delivery or non-collection, we will contact you and discuss an appropriate redelivery, cancellation or refund where applicable. Any additional charge must be reasonable, transparently communicated and lawful. We will not make deductions that conflict with mandatory statutory cancellation, non-delivery or refund rights.

13. International Customers: Tax & Duty
International customers may be responsible for taxes, duties and customs handling charges imposed by their destination authorities, depending on the agreed delivery terms and destination. Where a parcel is returned after customs charges are refused, we will assess the circumstances and communicate any legally permitted and reasonable deduction for charges actually incurred. This does not affect mandatory cancellation, non-delivery or other local consumer rights.

13A. Export Control & Sanctions
We comply with applicable UK export control, customs and sanctions law, and may decline or cancel an order where we cannot lawfully fulfil it.

13B. Restricted Materials
Certain materials (for example exotic leathers, feathers or shells) may be subject to CITES or other import/export restrictions, the UK Ivory Act 2018, or wildlife legislation. We may refuse or cancel an order that cannot be lawfully supplied or shipped, and will refund you in full if we do. You are responsible for checking that your order complies with your own country's import rules and for obtaining any permits required there.

13C. Local Consumer Rights
Where mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country apply to the purchase, those rules prevail over inconsistent provisions in these Terms. Applicable import taxes, customs duties and handling charges are handled in accordance with the delivery terms disclosed before purchase and relevant law.

13D. Insurance & Transit
Goods are covered by the carrier's standard insurance while in transit. If you would like additional cover, contact us before dispatch and we will let you know the cost.

14. Returns — General Terms
Our standard returns process applies to all eligible Mystic Moods products purchased online, including clothing, Made-to-Order garments, handbags, jewellery, accessories and art prints. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers generally have 14 days from receiving eligible goods to notify us that they wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to send the goods back. Applicable statutory exceptions are described below.
How to return. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your eligible order through our Returns Portal or by emailing customercare@mysticmoods.co.uk with your order number. You do not need to provide a reason to exercise a statutory cancellation right. We will supply the relevant return instructions and return address. You have a further 14 days after notifying us to send the goods back. Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
Condition. You may inspect or try on eligible products as you would in a shop. Please handle goods carefully and, where reasonably possible, return them with all original tags (including the "Not Refundable if Removed" security tag where fitted), packaging and accessories. Missing tags do not automatically remove your statutory cancellation right. Where permitted by law, we may deduct any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Non-returnable items (statutory exemptions). Some goods are exempt from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right where the legal conditions for an exception are met. This may include sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery. The exception is not automatic for an entire product category. Our current Made-to-Order garments follow our standard eligible online returns process.
A reduced-price, archive-sale or "final sale" label does not by itself remove the statutory cancellation right for any otherwise eligible online purchase. Statutory rights also apply to eligible handbags, jewellery, accessories, art prints and Made-to-Order garments.
Refunds. Where an eligible order is cancelled under the statutory cancellation right, we will refund the relevant product price and any standard outbound delivery charge that must be refunded by law. If a customer chose a more expensive delivery service, we are not required to reimburse the extra amount above the standard delivery cost. We will refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the earlier of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back. Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Different obligations may apply to faulty or misdescribed goods.
If goods that do not qualify for return are sent to us, we will explain why and contact you about collection. Before taking any further action in respect of an uncollected item, we will provide an additional notice. Nothing in this paragraph limits your statutory rights.

15. Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, contact customercare@mysticmoods.co.uk as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, you may still exercise any applicable statutory cancellation right. For eligible online purchases, notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods by using our Returns Portal or emailing customercare@mysticmoods.co.uk. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back, as described in section 14.
Made-to-Order returns. Our current Made-to-Order garments are produced from existing Mystic Moods designs in standard sizes using a fabric chosen from our available collection. They follow the same eligible online returns process as our other products. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
Model cancellation notice. You're welcome to use this wording, or your own:
"I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract of sale of the following goods: [details], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name, Address, Date."
Price errors. We may cancel an order placed at a price that was an obvious and unmistakeable error, and will refund you in full if we do.

16. Made-to-Order
16.1 What Made-to-Order means. Mystic Moods Made-to-Order garments are produced after purchase from an existing Mystic Moods design, in a standard Mystic Moods size and using a fabric chosen from our available collection. We do not offer individually measured or personalised Made-to-Order commissions.
16.2 Production. Please allow up to 21 working days for Made-to-Order production and dispatch unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page. Production and dispatch times are separate from the returns period, which begins once you receive the goods.
16.3 Returns. Our current Made-to-Order garments follow the same standard eligible online returns process as our other products. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your eligible order and send it back within a further 14 days. Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. See section 14 and our Returns & Refunds Policy for details. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
16.4 Hand-crafted production tolerances. Hand-crafted garments may have reasonable production tolerances consistent with the product description and nature of the item. Such tolerances do not remove statutory rights where a product is faulty, misdescribed or does not conform to the contract. Alterations performed by a third party may affect our ability to determine whether a later issue arose from the original product or the alteration.

16B. Return a Worn Item for Vouchers (Take-Back Programme)
From time to time we may run a take-back programme where you can return an eligible, worn Mystic Moods garment for store credit. Participation is optional.
  • Only categories we list as eligible at the time will be considered; items must be clean and free of infestation, odour or damage that makes them unsafe to handle.
  • We grade each item (e.g. "excellent," "good," "not suitable") at our discretion and will tell you the voucher value before you commit to the exchange.
  • Vouchers have no cash value, aren't refundable, and are for use on mysticmoods.co.uk; any expiry date will be shown at issue.
  • Ownership of the garment transfers to us only once you accept our voucher offer and we confirm acceptance. We may resell, donate, recycle or upcycle it; no further payment is due even if it's later resold for more.
  • We may pause or end the programme at any time, and may decline an item we reasonably believe is counterfeit or not one of ours.

16D. Prints Pre-Ordering
16D.1 Nature. We may offer limited-edition prints or artwork on a pre-order basis, produced once a minimum order threshold is met or on a set production date.
16D.2 Payment. Unless stated otherwise, payment is taken in full at the time of pre-order.
16D.3 Cancellation. Standard-edition pre-ordered prints follow our normal eligible online cancellation and returns process in sections 14 and 15, including where production begins only after orders are placed. If we cannot produce your print, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
16D.4 Timelines. For pre-ordered prints, the product page or checkout will state the production and delivery information reasonably available before payment, including any material uncertainty. We will notify you of significant delays, and no estimate or pre-order status removes applicable statutory rights if agreed delivery obligations are not met.

16E. Made-to-Order Fabric Catalogue
16E.1 Our fabric catalogue shows available fabric choices for Made-to-Order garments. The catalogue is provided to help customers select a fabric for an existing Mystic Moods design, not as a separate fabric-selling service.
16E.2 Fabric availability can change, particularly for deadstock or limited-run materials. We cannot guarantee availability before confirming an order. The appearance of colours or textures may vary slightly between product photographs, screens and the final fabric. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
16E.3 We do not currently offer paid fabric swatches or sample packs.
16E.4 If your selected fabric becomes unavailable and we cannot fulfil the order as agreed, we will contact you about an available alternative or arrange a refund.
16E.5 A garment made using a fabric chosen from our catalogue is a Made-to-Order garment and is covered by section 16 and our standard eligible online returns process.

17. Returns — Faulty Products
If a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, does not match its description or otherwise fails to conform to the contract, contact customercare@mysticmoods.co.uk with your order number and, if available, photographs. Providing photographs is helpful but is not a condition of exercising statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, eligible consumers usually have a short-term right to reject non-conforming goods within 30 days; other rights may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a final right to reject as applicable. Where goods are lawfully rejected, we will bear the reasonable costs of returning them as required by law. When a statutory refund is due following rejection, we will make it without undue delay and within 14 days beginning with the day we agree you are entitled to it, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. These rights apply across our eligible product categories, including Made-to-Order garments, and are additional to change-of-mind cancellation rights.

18. Personal Information
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

19. Data Protection (UK GDPR / DPA 2018 / PECR)
Providing the personal information needed to process, deliver and invoice your order is required to complete a purchase; without it, we may be unable to accept your order.
Lawful bases. Depending on the specific processing activity, we rely on an appropriate lawful basis such as performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interests or consent where legally required. Our Privacy Policy identifies the purposes, relevant lawful bases, retention periods and rights in greater detail.
Soft opt-in (PECR). Where permitted, we may email existing customers about similar products; you can opt out at any time via the link in any such email or by contacting us.
Security. We never see your full card details — only Stripe and PayPal hold that data.
International transfers. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we will apply the safeguards or other lawful transfer mechanisms required by the relevant law, as explained in our Privacy Policy. This paragraph does not claim that a particular mechanism applies to every transfer.
Retention. We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes, including legal, accounting and tax requirements, and explain our retention approach in our Privacy Policy. Requests for deletion are subject to applicable legal exemptions, including records that we are required to keep.
Your rights. You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to customercare@mysticmoods.co.uk with your name, email and address; we may ask for ID to verify your request. If you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies. We use a consent tool to manage analytics and marketing cookies in line with PECR — see our Cookie Policy.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties
We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Except as expressly stated in these Terms, and without affecting your statutory rights, the site and its content are provided "as is."

21. Liability
We are not responsible for losses arising exclusively from events outside our reasonable control where we have met our legal and contractual responsibilities. We remain responsible for foreseeable losses caused by our breach of contract or negligence as required by law. We do not exclude or cap liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, faulty or misdescribed goods, statutory refund rights or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here automatically caps consumer claims at the price of an order.
Authenticity. We take proportionate steps to guard against counterfeit goods. Nothing here limits your statutory rights if a product is mis-described or not authentic.
Insurance. We hold public/product liability and professional indemnity cover appropriate to our activities.
Non-excludable liability. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other law that cannot be excluded.

22. Conformity & Guarantee
Products we supply must meet applicable statutory standards, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Natural material variations are relevant only where properly described and consistent with applicable law. Nothing in this section narrows your statutory remedies for faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods.

23. Unforeseeable Circumstances (Force Majeure)
Events genuinely outside our reasonable control, such as serious weather, supplier interruption or transport disruption, may affect our performance. We will tell you promptly about significant disruption and take reasonable steps to minimise it. We will not treat an event as automatically extending an agreed delivery deadline without regard to your statutory rights. Where applicable, you may cancel or receive a refund in accordance with the law.

24. Third-Party Links
Our site may link to third-party websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or accuracy.

25. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe intellectual property rights, to harass or discriminate against others, to submit false information, to upload malware, to scrape or crawl the site, to publish obscene or hateful content, or to interfere with our security features. We may suspend or terminate your access for a serious or repeated breach.

26. Hyperlinks
You may link to our site for promotional purposes provided you don't frame our content or create confusion about its source. Deep-linking or framing that reproduces our content without permission is not permitted.

27. Your Responsibilities
You agree to use our website lawfully and respect third-party rights. Nothing in these Terms makes you responsible for losses caused by Mystic Moods or requires you to reimburse us for an unreasonable or disproportionate claim. This section does not remove any legal remedies properly available to either party.

28. Trademarks & Intellectual Property
Our website content, product photography, designs, patterns, trade marks and written materials are owned by Mystic Moods Ltd or used under licence, as applicable. Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, commercially reproduce or use our protected materials without the relevant permission.
AI & design know-how. Our designs, sketches, patterns, tech packs and production methods are proprietary. Using our content or imagery to train AI models, or to reverse-engineer our designs, without our written consent is not permitted. By submitting a review or other user content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it, with moderation rights.

29. Third-Party Rights
These Terms don't create rights enforceable by anyone who isn't a party to them, except as provided by the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

29A. Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact customercare@mysticmoods.co.uk so we can look into it. We will respond as promptly as reasonably practicable and keep you updated where appropriate. If we can't resolve a dispute directly, UK consumers can use the Citizens Advice consumer helpline (0808 223 1133) for guidance, or refer certain disputes to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution provider — we don't currently commit to a named ADR scheme, but nothing here removes your right to bring a claim through the small claims court. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

30. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to bring proceedings in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law. We do not impose an exclusive jurisdiction clause that removes mandatory consumer rights.

31. Language
Where these Terms are provided in more than one language, the English version prevails, and our contract with you is concluded in English.

32. Termination
Obligations that arose before termination survive it. You can stop using the site at any time; we may suspend or terminate your access for a serious breach of these Terms.

35. Sustainability & Circularity Terms
35.1 These Sustainability Terms form part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read with our full Sustainability, Circularity & Ethical Practices Disclaimer on our website.
35.2 Principles. We aim to make considered material choices and to design products for care and prolonged use. Our approach may include reusing suitable fabric stock, producing limited runs and providing lifecycle information. These describe our practices and objectives, not a guarantee that every product has a positive or neutral environmental impact.
35.3 Sourcing. Depending on availability and design needs, we use materials including, but not limited to, deadstock, surplus, reclaimed, overstock and newly sourced fabrics. Fibre types may include, but are not limited to, silk, wool, mohair, cashmere, cotton, linen, jute, hemp, sisal, nylon, rayon, polyester, acrylic, spandex and other natural, regenerated, synthetic or blended fibres. A material described as deadstock, surplus or reclaimed is not necessarily environmentally sustainable. We do not represent that every fabric meets a universal sustainability definition or holds third-party certification. When making a specific claim, we will explain its basis and material limitations, using evidence available for that claim.
35.4 Environmental claims. We are responsible for ensuring environmental statements we make about products, materials and our business are clear, accurate, not misleading and supported by appropriate evidence. A broad claim such as “sustainable” will not be used to imply a whole product is environmentally beneficial where the available evidence does not justify that implication. Relevant qualifications will be provided clearly and close to the corresponding claim, not hidden only in these Terms.
35.5 Limitations. Environmental classification and assessment methods differ between organisations and may change over time. We do not guarantee universal sustainability status or third-party certification unless a particular claim expressly states and supports it. These Terms do not exclude our liability for inaccurate, misleading or unsubstantiated environmental claims that we make, nor do they limit any statutory right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
35.6 We review our sourcing and environmental policies at least annually; updates take effect once published here.
35.8 Governance. Our directors intend to take account of relevant long-term business, environmental and community considerations in line with their legal duties, including section 172 of the Companies Act 2006. References to internal ESG work or governance are not third-party certifications and should not be understood as claims of verified environmental performance.
35.9 Contact. customercare@mysticmoods.co.uk.

36. Mystic Moods App — Terms of Use
36.1 Scope. These App Terms govern use of the Mystic Moods mobile app and form part of our overall Terms, read together with our Privacy and Cookie Policies. Where the App links to our website, the website Terms apply to any resulting purchase or transaction.
36.2 Platforms. The App is provided by Mystic Moods Ltd and may be distributed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use may also be subject to the applicable platform provider's terms.
36.3 Licence. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, personal licence to use the App for its intended purpose. You must not reverse-engineer it, bypass its security, misuse its data or content, or reproduce protected App content without permission, except where law expressly permits otherwise.
36.4 Availability and changes. App features depend on connectivity, product data and third-party technology. Features may change where reasonably necessary for operation, maintenance, security or development. We will communicate material changes where appropriate. Any mandatory consumer rights attached to an expressly agreed paid digital product or service remain unaffected.
36.5 Product information and lifecycle guidance. The App may provide access to digital product information, provenance or product details, care information, QR or product scanning, and guidance about possible lifecycle pathways. Depending on the product and the App version, those pathways may include continued use, care, repair guidance, resale or passing an item on, donation, reuse or recycling. Guidance is informational and does not guarantee that a particular pathway, provider, facility, transaction or outcome will be available or suitable.
36.6 No repair or marketplace service unless expressly stated. Unless we expressly state otherwise for a particular feature, the App does not itself provide or book repair services, operate a resale marketplace, guarantee donation acceptance, or guarantee access to recycling facilities. Where the App links or refers to a third-party service, that third party is responsible for its own service and terms unless we expressly tell you otherwise.
36.7 Product and lifecycle interactions. Where the App allows you to scan a product, record an interaction, express an interest, follow a suggested pathway or submit information, this does not by itself create a purchase, repair, resale, donation, recycling or other service contract. Any separate transaction is governed by the terms shown for that transaction at the relevant time.
36.8 Data and privacy. The App may process information reasonably necessary to provide its functions, such as account information, scanned product identifiers, product or lifecycle interactions, device permissions you choose to grant, and information you choose to submit. Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
36.9 Device permissions and local storage. Some functions may require device permissions, such as camera access for scanning. The relevant permission will be requested through your device or App settings. The App may also store limited preferences or technical information locally where reasonably necessary for functionality.
36.10 Your responsibilities. You must use the App lawfully, must not interfere with its security or operation, and must not submit unlawful or misleading information. If you submit information relating to another person, you are responsible for ensuring you have an appropriate basis to do so.
36.11 Intellectual property. The App, its branding, interface, copy, artwork, product information structures, lifecycle logic and other protected content belong to Mystic Moods Ltd or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of those rights to you.
36.12 Liability. We remain responsible for our own legal and contractual obligations relating to the App. Independent third-party services may have their own terms. We do not exclude liability for our negligence, misleading statements, any mandatory digital-content rights or other liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
36.13 Support and updates. For App support, contact customercare@mysticmoods.co.uk. We may release updates and may require an update where reasonably necessary for security, compatibility or continued functionality.
36.14 Governing law. These App Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
